What if I can’t come, can I stream your wedding?
Answer
YES!! Our venue has been so kind to allow our guests who can’t make it to stream our wedding ceremony and/or reception for FREE! Visit the website www.OrchardWedding.com and click on the tab at top and select Live Streaming, scroll down on the Live Stream page and click on the “click here” for the Orchard Barn and the password is SimmonsBurritt22

If you’re coming to our wedding. Feel free to wear mask, no one will judge you or ridicule you. We’re doing everything we can to remain safe but still have our family and friends there.

If you have or had symptoms please do not attend & join us virtually on the live stream. If you do not feel comfortable coming, no hard feelings at all. We respect your choices & can always celebrate with you at another time.

What should I wear?

-Casual wedding attire- Women: sun dresses, cocktail dresses, sandals, wedges whatever you prefer as long as you HAVE FUN & DANCE Men: nice jeans or dress pants & short sleeve shirt-whatever you prefer. **IT MAY BE HOT-dress appropriately**

What hotel do you prefer?
Answer
I personally loved Garden Inn and Suites in Lansing. It’s beautiful and I love the location. It’s just about the same distance as the other hotel from the venue

Are there other hotels other than the ones your offered to block a room?
Answer
Yes! There are many other hotels, but the two I chose (I think) are the nicest ones and best priced for what they offer.

When should I arrive at the wedding?
Answer
By 4:15 to find a seat. We will begin promptly at 4:30 whether you are there or not.

Can I take pictures at your wedding?
Answer
During the reception, yes, absolutely! During the ceremony, NO! We paid a lot of money for our photographer and her assistant. Please keep your cellphones away during the ceremony. My photographer will also ask you to put it away if it’s out while she’s trying to take pictures.

Where do I park?
Answer
There will be parking tenants to help show people where to park right as you pull in. There will be golf carts driven by venue workers to help the ones who need help getting to the venue. No worries, it’s not a far walk.
