Simjae a proud Michigander and Charlotte a true Californian met at a party while enrolled in a Masters' of Biosciences Program in Kansas City, Missouri. After a couple of beverages, they engaged in funny and entertaining conversation which then led to genuine friendship. After multiple study/dinner sessions together, Simjae and Charlotte took the day off and spent the whole day together in pjs and watched bad tv shows, which is when Simjae (finally!) made a move!

After spending the last 5 years in Missouri for school, they are now happy to be in Michigan as Charlotte completes her Emergency Medicine residency.
