We're Getting Married

Simeon and Camille first met outside of Revival Church when Simeon's mom introduced the two. Camille was instantly curious about this tall curly headed boy. But she was moving to Nashville TN to start a 6 month discipleship training school. After a brief interaction ( and finding him on instagram) she thought as she moved a thousand miles away that Simeon was just a sweet boy who she got the opportunity to meet for a few minutes. Simeon's version of the story starts when he had his heart set on overseas missions, and felt the Lord ask him to stay in Bozeman and join Revival Church. As Camille was half way through her school she was heading from Uzbekistan to Germany she received a call from Church Leaders back home. They asked her, after she finished her DTS, to join a ministry alongside a few other young adults. One name stood out a little more then the rest, Simeon Myers. Both Camille and Simeon started to work alongside one another when she returned from Germany. At the beginning of the summer Camille was invited to lead a young adult bible study and requested that Simeon co-lead with her. Although the intentions to co-lead were sparked because of their common love for the bible and their dedication to the church, Camille never forgot that very first interaction in which she couldn't stop thinking about his blue eyes. As they started the bible study together, Simeon one day simply said and Camille quotes "Hey Camille do you thrift?"-S. "Sometimes, but Im not very good at it-C "Oh i would have guessed you would be really good at it" -S. With the next line Camille nervously said "well next time you go thrifting let me know we should go together". And so the thrifting started it all. Camille began falling quickly for Simeons humor and gentleness, while Simeon states that he was oblivious thinking "She was way too cool for me" "She just wanted to go thrifting'". With some encouragement from his older brother, Simeon began to pursue Camille passed thrifting and museum dates. Simeon sat Camille down spelling out his intentions and the next day asked her dad if he could date Camille. As they started to date they pursued God's heart for their relationship, getting to watch their love for one another redeem their past. Jesus was redefining love to both of them through their love story. As they looked at each other on Christmas Eve they knew that not only could they tell one another they were in love, but just a few weeks later they would know they were each other's person forever. On January 28th Simeon got down on one knee, at the ranch Camille grew up running barefoot on, and asked her to marry him. "Jesus is the ultimate story writer" Camille says "And this just happens to be my favorite story yet". "She is my redeeming love"-S.
