Shannon is Colin's older sister and will be officiating our wedding! She has been a constant source of support for Colin, always willing to lend a listening ear and help in any way she can. Shannon loves deeply, has a wonderful sense of humor, and is always looking for ways to make those around her smile. She was one of the first people to witness Colin and Kate's relationship begin, giving Colin the simple advice to focus on "being her friend" and trust that the rest would follow. Shannon has also been a wonderful addition to Kate's life as an older sister, consistently going out of her way to include her and make her feel like part of the family. We are honored to have Shannon officiate our wedding and play such a meaningful role in this special day.
Cassy Shelhamer

Cassy has been a constant friend to Kate throughout college. She has been a voice of reason, challenged Kate to see different perspectives, and embraced every oddity along the way. Cassy is the kind of friend you wish you'd had your whole life, yet when you finally meet, it feels as though you've known each other forever. Kate and Cassy met through Delta Gamma at Purdue and quickly became close friends. They were roommates for a semester before Cassy left to study abroad in Australia, with beds placed so close together that they could practically hold hands from across the room. Cassy has always gone out of her way to make Kate feel included and valued, ensuring that even life's smallest moments are celebrated. Her thoughtfulness, kindness, and genuine care for others make her the kind of friend everyone hopes to have.
Rylee Galletti

Rylee is Kate's Delta Gamma big sister (or "mom"). She is the kind of friend who feels every emotion deeply and fills life with laughter, tears, and plenty of humor. The first time Kate and Rylee met, they went to the farmers market with a group of friends. When Rylee mentioned she had a dog at her house, Kate promptly spent the rest of the afternoon there. Throughout Kate's freshman year, Rylee was a steady anchor, providing the kind of guidance and support only an older sister can. She opened her door whenever Kate needed it, even if that meant letting her sleep on her bedroom floor more than once. Rylee is an understanding and loyal friend who is never afraid to share her honest opinion and help others find the best path forward.
Morgan Berk

Morgan is Kate's Delta Gamma little sister. The two bonded immediately during recruitment and had the opportunity to grow even closer when they became roommates during their final year at Purdue. Morgan is a calming presence, always willing to listen and understand before jumping to solutions. She is driven and dedicated in everything she does while remaining a loyal and dependable friend. Morgan genuinely wants the best for those around her and goes out of her way to support others in achieving their goals. Whether it was attending workout classes, picking up sweet treats, or simply studying together in their room, Kate and Morgan always found ways to spend time together. Kate is grateful for Morgan's friendship and the many memories they have shared throughout college.
Anna Rogers

Anna quickly became both a friend and a sister to Colin and Kate. She is the wife of Colin's brother, Sean, and from the very beginning, she has made those around her feel loved and valued. Anna is competitive, funny, and always ready for a good time, but she also has a remarkable gift for loving others deeply and wholeheartedly. Anna has become a wonderful friend to Kate through moves, lunchtime phone calls, and plenty of jokes about the "Rogers-boy-isms." She consistently finds ways to show others how much they mean to her and brings joy and laughter wherever she goes. Anna, we are so lucky to call you both a sister and a friend.
Sean Rogers

Sean is Colin's older brother and has been a role model throughout much of his life. From applying to schools to making decisions about the Army, Sean has always been someone Colin could look to for guidance and perspective. He is dependable, supportive, and always willing to share thoughtful advice when it is needed. Sean and Anna have also been wonderful examples for Kate and Colin as they build their own life together. Whether helping with a move, opening their home for a relaxing weekend, or simply being there when needed, they consistently show up for the people they love.
Tyler Simek

Tyler is Kate's younger brother. He is spontaneous and approaches life with a relaxed, easygoing attitude. While he may not always seem serious, Tyler has a big heart and cares deeply about the people around him. One of the first things Kate noticed about Colin was the way he went out of his way to be kind to Tyler and serve as a positive role model in his life. Over the years, the two have built a close relationship, and Tyler was the very first person Colin told when he decided he was going to propose to Kate. Tyler's humor, loyalty, and ability to bring a sense of fun to any situation make him a cherished brother and friend, and we are so happy to have him standing with us today.
Joshua Willeke

Josh is one of Colin's best friends and has been his roommate for the past several years. The two met while attending Rose-Hulman, where they were both involved in ROTC and quickly formed a lasting friendship. Throughout college, Josh has been a loyal and dependable friend to Colin, always eager to spend time with both him and Kate. He supports those around him selflessly, offers thoughtful advice, and brings a steady perspective to any situation. Josh's friendship, generosity, and willingness to show up for the people he cares about have made him an important part of our lives.
Adam Ordway

Adam is one of Colin's best friends and roommates. He is always ready with a joke and rarely takes life too seriously. Between Adam, Josh, and Colin, it can sometimes feel like they're speaking their own language, depending on whatever collection of inside jokes they've developed that week. Adam brings an easygoing and fun-loving perspective to life, making every gathering a little more entertaining. His humor, loyalty, and ability to make people feel comfortable have made him a valued friend to both Colin and Kate. We are grateful for the laughter and friendship he has brought into our lives.
