What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at the ceremony at 3:00 P.M., as we plan to start promptly at 3:30 P.M. If you plan on arriving to Hotel LBI on Friday, be sure to give yourself ample time to park and make your way to the rooftop.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, please wear formal attire (suit and tie for men; evening gown or pantsuit for women). The ceremony is expected to take place outside, so please consider bringing a jacket.

Do you have a room block?
Answer
Yes! We have a room block reserved at Hotel LBI. Please follow these directions to book your room: Visit this website : https://us01.iqwebbook.com/HLNJ967/ Click on "Rate Options" Enter the code: SMW26 Click "apply" After you input the code above, the rooms available within the block will appear. As it is a two-night block, the website will automatically combine availability and rate for both nights. If you would only like to stay for one night, you can certainly do that! Go to the top left-hand side of the page, and adjust the dates to only show the night of the wedding (10/30).

When can I check into my hotel room?
Answer
Check-in time at Hotel LBI is 4:00 P.M. If you plan on staying at Hotel LBI, we recommend arriving Thursday evening if possible, as this will ensure you are able to get ready in your room on Friday. If you arrive on Friday, you will likely need to check in at 4:00 P.M., immediately after the ceremony. Hotel LBI cannot guarantee early check-ins.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Valet parking is available on the premises for both the ceremony and reception.

Will the ceremony be indoors our outdoors?
Answer
Our hope is for the wedding ceremony to be outdoors on the roof of the hotel, so please pack and dress accordingly. However, if the weather doesn't cooperate, the ceremony will be held indoors at Hotel LBI.

Are children invited to the wedding?
Answer
We'd like our wedding to be a carefree night out for our guests. Unless your invitation explicitly indicates otherwise, we politely ask that you leave your children at home for the evening.

Are there other lodging options in the area?
Answer
If you would prefer not to stay in the room block at Hotel LBI, consider looking at The Mainland in East Manahawkin. It's roughly 10 minutes away from our venue.

Yes, we are registered at Crate & Barrel and on Zola.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
In order to keep our special day as intimate as possible, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing a date unless your invitation specifies otherwise. If you received a plus one, they will appear with your name when you RSVP through our website.
