What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 3:15 PM about 45 minutes before the official ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. This will give you plenty of time to find parking, get settled, and be seated before the proceedings.

Formal attire - dress to impress! We invite women to wear long evening gowns and men to come in a suit and tie.

What color should I wear and not wear?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests wear dark, neutral tones - think black, charcoal, navy, or deep earthy shades. Please avoid white, ivory, cream or light shades.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, followed by a tented outdoor reception.

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Our ceremony and reception will take place at the Coronado Island Marriot Resort & Spa in Coronado, California. The resort is located at 2000 2nd St., Coronado, CA 92118 - just over the Coronado Bridge from downtown San Diego.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Parking is available on-site at the resort. Self-parking is complementary, and valet option are offered (standard hotel rates apply). Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also convenient options for guests staying nearby. If you plan to drink and celebrate with us, please arrange safe transportation by using Uber, Lyft, or a designated driver. We want everyone to get home safely!

Can I bring my kids or a plus one?

We love your little ones, but we're planning an adults-only celebration to allow all guests to relax and enjoy the evening. Due to limited space, we're unable to accommodate additional guests or plus ones unless specifically named. We truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Yes! There will be an open bar during the cocktail hour, with drinks also available during dinner.
