When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The sooner the better! RSVP early to ensure we can finalize transportation and accommodations. Please RSVP no later than April 15th.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We have decided that our wedding will be an adult-only celebration. We hope you enjoy this evening as a night off to relax and celebrate with us. Thank you for your understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please book your rooms ASAP!! There is a Scottish Festival and Highland Games happening that weekend. We have a block of 20 rooms available at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Hiawassee. Use room block code EHW. If you will have your own transportation and would prefer a different hotel, we recommend the following: $$ - The Ridges Resort on Lake Chatuge - 3499 US HWY 76 W, Hiawassee, GA 30546 $$$ - Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa - 6321 US-76, Young Harris, GA 30582 There are also many Airbnbs and Inns in the area. If you wish to stay in Helen, GA, please know that you will have to drive on a windy mountain road to get to The Retreat.

What is the best route to take from the ATL area?

Answer

To avoid the windy mountain roads, we recommend navigating first to Elijay and then to Hiawassee. You will be taking I-85 -> I-75 -> I-575 -> US-76

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer
