Like every great love story, ours started… in the office breakroom. Ian and I were the resident earlybirds, often among the first to arrive for the workday. Our mornings quickly became a shared routine of brewing coffee and chatting in the breakroom before the day officially began. Those simple conversations over a cup of coffee turned into laughter, skyway lunches, friendship, and eventually something much more. To this day, coffee remains one of our favorite rituals together. Whether we’re trying new restaurants, being a tourist in our city, hosting game nights, cozying up with Boots at home, or planning our next adventure, we’ve found joy in every shared experience. What began with small talk over coffee has brewed into something so much bigger.
