"SI" to forever

After their first date at a bowling alley, Silvana and Indiana knew they had found their forever partner, fiercest competitor, and biggest fan. Their love blossomed through countless moments of laughter that brought tears to their eyes, quiet nights spent gazing at the stars and growing closer to God, and playful kitchen adventures where they quickly realized who’s the chef and who’s just really good at ordering tacos. They’ve discovered that the true value of life lies in sharing both the extraordinary and everyday moments with someone special. Their wedding marks both a promise and a beginning — a vow to honor and love each other always, and a lifetime of Mario Kart battles ending with one of them pouting. They warmly invite you to join them in celebrating this exciting new chapter as they begin their forever as one.

While we are so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family, we would be remiss if we did not highlight that two very important figures will be absent on this day. Both of Silvana's parents, Ligia and Manuel, will be unable to attend Silvana and Indiana's celebration. They send the future brides love, endless prayers and well wishes all the way from their homes in Colombia. We will be videotaping much of our celebration so that they can live vicariously through all of us. We hope to highlight them and honor them in every way possible so that their love and presence is felt, even from afar. Mami y papi, los quiero muchisimo y este dia no sera lo mismo sin ustedes.

“Sí” means “yes” in Spanish—and it’s also the initials of the brides. It represents the moment Silvana and Indiana chose each other and all the promises that come with that choice: love, laughter, faith, joy, and a life built together. It’s a simple word with a beautiful meaning, marking the beginning of their forever.
