Accommodations We’ve arranged discounted room blocks at the hotels listed below for our guests. Please note that these special rates are limited as rooms may sell out, so we encourage you to book as soon as your plans are confirmed. Discounted rates are only available when booking directly with the hotel by following the instructions provided and using the corresponding code. Transportation on the day of the wedding will be provided, with pick-up and drop-off at each of these hotels. Travel Direct flights to Mérida (MID) from the U.S. are available from Miami (MIA), Houston (IAH), and Dallas (DFW). American Airlines offers one nonstop flight per day from Miami to Mérida. From what we’ve seen, if you find flights in the $400–$500 range, that’s a great time to book. Please note that rideshare apps are not permitted for airport pickups in Mérida in order to support local taxi companies. Unless you plan to rent a car, be sure to arrange transportation from the airport in advance.
