It’s a pre-wedding celebration where the bride and groom have their hands and feet beautifully decorated with henna in traditional designs. It’s a joyful, artistic event filled with music, dancing, and lots of love. And you’re invited to join in too! We’ll have a henna artist on-site creating simple designs for guests — hands only — and it's completely free! So come get festive and let your hands do the talking.
A glowing tradition! Friends and family apply a turmeric paste to the bride for good luck, glowing skin, and major Instagrammable moments. It's messy, magical, and full of laughter.
The Bhatwaan is a sacred Fijian-Indian pre-wedding ritual at the bride’s house, featuring prayers, blessings, and offerings to spiritually prepare the couple for marriage. Family members present "badhaual" gifts for the couple's new life, and partake in a rice popping ritual with "lawa." When the rice pops but stays intact, it symbolizes the couple’s ability to remain united under pressure, as long as they work together. It’s a heartfelt ceremony filled with tradition, love, and family.
This is the heart of it all — a sacred ceremony filled with meaningful rituals, blessings, and symbolism. We’ll be tying the knot (literally!) and making it officially official — yes, we’re getting legally married during this ceremony! It's a beautiful fusion of culture, tradition, and love — and we can’t wait to share it with you.
This is our "let’s-celebrate-love" moment! We'll be sharing personal vows in a short, heartfelt ceremony, followed by an evening of food, drinks, performances, music, dancing, and lots of mingling. Think of it as the ultimate love-filled after-party — and you’re on the guest list!
