Travel Note

A few things to think about as you book your lodging and transportation:

Keystone is a picturesque mountain town offering mainly condo-style accommodations, perfect for a cozy and convenient stay. We've done our best to detail each of the options below, and we hope at least one will be the best choice for your party. Please keep in mind, you are not required to book through these sites. This is simply our effort to try and making booking a little easier on you. Since Keystone is primarily comprised of condos, we've listed the sites to book a rental/condo first. Next are a few hotel options (near and in Keystone). Finally, we've included a company that compares the rental car prices across all carriers (Kayak.com). Please see the description of each coding option for further details regarding shuttle transportation. Also noteworthy: most condos do not have air conditioners. While this may seem like a surprise, it's typical that the temperatures in the mountains drop significantly once the sun goes down. So while there isn't an air conditioner in most lodging facilities, you can open windows, or you might be surprised that you may need to turn on the heat in June in the Rockies! Summit County Mountain Retreats

This site offers some of the best priced condos in and around Keystone. They offer different number of bedroom options, suitable for each group no matter how many are in your party. Through a few trial runs, we found the pricing on this site to be more affordable than the ones on the Keystone Resort Lodging Properties (directly below). *Please note, booking through this site allows you access to discounts on activities and the Summit Express Shuttle Service. This includes door-to-door service between Denver International Airport and your booked lodging location. More information regarding activity discount and shuttle service through this site can be found on our 'Things to Do' page through the Summit County Mountain Retreats link.

Keystone Resort Lodging Properties

This site was given to us by the Keystone Team. Using this link, you will be able to access Keystone properties that will utilize our specific group code to offer a discount on lodging. Our group code is: SKRSAW25. If you have any issues applying this code, we recommend contacting the group booking team at 855-332-1601. *Complimentary shuttle service is included when booking through this site using our group code. Please note, for anyone staying in Timbers/Lone Eagle, you will need to walk to River Run Village for shuttle transport.

Hotel Indigo Silverthorne, an IHG Hotel

Hotel Indigo is located in Silverthorn, which is just 10 minutes from Keystone. It's right off Highway 70, allowing you easy access to various mountain towns (20 minutes from Breckenridge & 30 minutes from Vail). We have a block of rooms set aside here. To reserve a room through our block rate, follow these directions when checking out: on the "rate preference" select "Group" and use the group code SBW. *Please note, there is no shuttle included from Hotel Indigo to the venue. A rental car or other means of transport will be required. Parking is free at this hotel.

Hyatt Place Keystone / Dillon

Hyatt Place is located in the heart of Keystone, just 3 miles from the Keystone Ranch Golf Course (our venue!). Use this link to reserve a room using our specialized code - it will automatically apply the discount at checkout. Parking is not free, and will be an additional charge at this hotel. *Please note, there is no shuttle included from Hyatt Place to other parts of Keystone, including the venue. You will need to walk across the street to Mountain View Plaza for a Keystone Shuttle pick-up/drop-off. The Keystone Shuttle does not run on a loop, so you will need to call for an on-call shuttle at 970-496-4200; expect a wait time of approximately 15-20 minutes. Otherwise, a rental car or other means of transport will be required.

We know many of our guests would like to make a vacation out of this trip and get to explore the Rocky Mountains (which we love!) - we recommend utilizing this site to get a great rental car deal.
