There really isn't any! Dress comfortably or formally. Our one ask is that you don’t wear a white dress. Please also refrain from dressing in a way that will take the focus off of the grooms, I.E. over the top cosplays, etc.
Very minimally! We ask that the first few rows of pews be reserved for immediate family and relatives of those in the wedding party. The wedding party will also be sitting together at the reception. Everything else is up to you!
We ask that if your phone is on, it is SILENCED and/or on “Do Not Disturb”. If a phone goes off, we will stop mid ceremony and stare at you. Please don’t be that person. Photos and videos are fine, but please refrain from using flash, and avoid getting in the way of the professional photographer/videographer.
RSVPs should be sent to Silas via email or text no later than August 1st, 2024. If you do not RSVP and show up, you may not be fed. Please plan accordingly. We also understand that delays and unexpected circumstances happen, so please let Joe or Silas know ASAP so we can help accommodate you!
You can request by messaging Joe or Silas directly, but they reserve the right to deny the request. Space is very limited so we’ll do our best, but we make no promises.
Of course! We’ve planned for some children. If you’re looking to bring children along that Silas and Joe didn’t invite, please let them know ASAP! They’ll do their best to accommodate but can’t make any promises. We do ask that if you have a very young child (under 1 year) that you sit in the back pews of the church in case they start crying. Please don’t let your child cry through the ceremony, be respectful of the grooms and their guests.
Only for the toast. The grooms prefer to keep the reception mostly dry.
Nope! We’ll all be staying at separate lodgings.
We’re registered at Zola! https://www.zola.com/registry/silasandjoseph
You’re more than welcome to let either Silas or Joe know directly, but we’ll be accommodating for multiple allergies. The catering will be buffet style, so there will be something for everyone!
