Question

Should I bring my kids to the wedding?

Answer

We warmly welcome guests of all ages to join us in celebrating our special day! For the duration of the cocktail hour and reception there will be yard games, coloring books, and the swimming pool available for use for children and those who enjoy acting like a child. While we would be delighted to have your children attend the wedding ceremony, we understand that some families may prefer to have them join in the festivities at the reception. Your comfort and enjoyment are important to us, so please feel free to choose the option that best suits your family's needs. We look forward to sharing this joyful occasion with you, whether you decide to attend the ceremony or join us a little later for the reception.

Question

Can I sleep in the yard?

Answer

Duh. To ensure nobody's inebriated on the road (or dulling their fun by sobering up at the height of the party), anyone is welcome to set up camp on the property! After supper, guests are welcome to set up tents behind the barn. You can also try to set it up right before bed, but consider how difficult it is to set up a tent while sober. If you want to take on that challenge, that's fine by me. Hammocks are also a great idea! We'd recommend a bug net if you have one, or just hope for wind. If you want to bring a camper, feel free! We'd ask you set it up in the parking lol, AKA the wheat field across the street, in the designated camper zone with ample time between setup and the ceremony beginning (4pm). THERE ARE NO GUARANTEED HOOKUPS FOR CAMPERS!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP through our website or by mail before June 15th, 2024. The RSVP tab on our website will be available to you after invitations are sent out.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We did our best to include plus ones for all of our friends and family members whom we know have a partner or will scrape a date together for the occasion. If you don't have an invite for a plus one but have a plus one to bring, please contact Chloe, Silas, or their parents.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We kindly ask for your understanding that we may not be able to cater to every specific dietary requirement. Please reach out to the couple or family for questions regarding this. If you know your kids are picky eaters are won't eat food from Norm's, definitely feel free to bring snacks and food for them as you see fit.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Here's our dress code: Bold/colorful casual. You could wear a floor length gown, or you could wear cargo shorts. Whatever floats your boat. Be prepared to be outdoors for the duration of the evening. Bring a swimsuit if you'd like, as we plan to have the pool open for the party!
