Health recommendation: Yellow fever is a risk in certain parts of Brazil, so CDC recommends the yellow fever vaccine for travelers 9 months of age or older to these areas.

Flight

Rio

The fastest way to get to Buzios starts with landing in Rio de Janeiro! Since you are going to be there anyways, we totally recommend getting there early to explore what one of the most beautiful places in Brazil has to offer. The flights normally varies from $800 up to ... anything! We have learned that Google Flights and Kayak are a great way to check prices and get alerts for when the cost has dropped. Always check the duration of the flight. Anything from 10-15 hours is a good deal. More than that can be a little rough.
