Hey there! I’m Diggity, AKA “Dave” to my family. Mike and I have been friends since kindergarten. Or was it preschool? Who can really remember? Point is, we’ve known each other for a little while. Having known each other for so long, it’s hard for me to think of a favorite memory I have with Mike. I think my favorite thing about our friendship is how consistent it is. It doesn’t matter whether we’ve gone a few days, weeks, months, or even a couple years (though that’s been rare, haha) without talking or seeing each other, we can pick up the conversation right where it left off, as if no time has passed. I don’t really think of Mike as just another friend anymore, he’s family, and I’m honored to be able to stand next to him on the day he marries the love of his life!

Hi! I’m Vanessa one of Sam’s cousins! Being that we’re cousins I’ve know her for literally my entire life. Sam is someone that I’ve always been able to count on. She’s someone who pushes you to be the best version of yourself and to step outside your comfort zone. She’s also someone that you can always count on to be spontaneous. I can’t even count how many times I’ve gotten a text that says “hey let’s go do this thing that’s 3 hours away, we’re leaving in 10 minutes!” I don’t really remember the first time Sam introduced me to Mike because from the beginning I remember thinking how he just fits so seamlessly into her life there’s no way he hasn’t always been here. I always joke that Sam and Mike are basically my second set of parents (even though we’re only a few years apart in age). I’m so excited and honored to be a part of this incredible journey that they are on!

Mike and I grew up together. Our moms were neighbors and we became friends. We have been ever since.

Hi!! My name is Annette and I am Sam's "cousin-in-law". I met our bride-to-be about 9 years ago. One of my favorite memories with Sam was at a holiday party at her parents house. During this evening she: a) spilled a beverage on my pants requiring me to borrow a pair of hers, b) spilled the beans about my then boyfriend's (now husband's) intentions on marrying me one day, and c) wrapped up the night by "spilling" down the stairs and breaking her ass - I knew from this encounter that our souls were destined to be friends. I believe I was one of the first people in the family to officially meet our groom, Mike, during the middle of the Covid pandemic summer pool day - the three of us had so much fun taking a break from reality and I had so hoped he would be "the one" for Sam. I am honored to stand beside Sam on the day she marries the love of her life. Fun Fact: I used to refer to Sam as "Sunset Sam" to my college friends - at the time her hair was the color of a sunset - This is the first time I have ever admitted this to my dear "Sunset Sam".

Hi my name is CJ! I'm the cousin of the bride. I have only known Mike for a short while, but after the first time I met him, it didn't take long to realize that he was the best thing to ever happen to Samantha. I've loved all the adventures we have been on and I can't wait to experience all the adventures the future has in store. Cheers to the happy couple!

Hey hey hey! I'm Moyra and I'm one of Sam's cousins! I have known Sam my whole life. She is the one person that if I needed to bury a body she'd be there for me. She’s always watched over me and took care of me while we were in highschool. She even walked into my 9th grade math class and got into the one kids face and told him to back off because he was bothering me and then just...walked out. It was like a normal day for her. Sam may come off aggressive to some people, but she has the biggest heart for the people and things she cares about. The first time she introduced me to Mike, they came over with his dog, Nimbus, and he ran around with my parent's dog while we swam in the pool. Mike has always felt like part of the family and I just knew he was the one for her. I'm so excited to be apart of her big day and watch their lives start on a new path! Love you guys!

Maybe too obviously, I first met Mike when Samantha introduced him to our family, at a TGIF. While my sister has her own idea of how that day went, Mike and I were able to quickly bond over several similar interests in the coming months. We both enjoyed games, video and tabletop. Since he did (and does) coding for a living, I often came to him for help with assignments in my coding classes at school. He even helped me out with an assignment once. We got a 60!

Hey I'm Dan, Mike's brother. We shared everything growing up. A bedroom, video games, even clothes sometimes. Now that we are old, I am just so exited to share this special day between him and Sam!
