Isole Borromee
A series of three islands, each with its unique personality. We suggest starting from Isola Bella, the home of the magnificent Borromeo Palace, a 400-years old masterpiece of baroque architecture, featuring gardens inhabited by unique white peacocks and man-made grottos. You can reach all three islands directly from Arona by boat, or you can stop first in the charming town of Stresa.
Milan
With its 2500 years of history, spanning from its beginnings as a Celtic village, to today's world's capital of Fashion, Milan is sure to capture your eye. Also, Irene was born here. Spend the day among Da Vinci's famous work, discover the ruins of the Roman Imperial Palace, have happy hour at the Navigli. The city center can be reached in just under an hour by train from Arona.
Domodossola & the Swiss Alps
On the border with Switzerland, this historical city can be reached by train from Arona. Spend the day exploring, or continue your journey across the border to the cities of Berg or Locarno in Switzerland. You can also take the ferry directly to Locarno, Switzerland from Arona
Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari
Feel the speed with Ferrari, right where the legend started. If you can find your way across four hours of train rides on the Italian rail network system and make it in time for the 3pm start of the race on Sunday, please text Sikandar if Ferrari wins.
