You know how you hear people say that they’ve had a “full circle moment”, well I can truly say that is what our story is ! I remember seeing Nyreon as a child living in the same neighborhood as me, and being real good friends with my older brother . With me being younger than him , I was never in the mix but I was always around … It wasn’t until I ran across his social media in 2018 that I had seen him again . Of course he was older and looked a little different but I KNEW that was my man ! We started dating but didn’t make it official until a few months later , but the love that we shared between one another was undeniable by both parties and others that witnessed it . The “caking” all day via text or on the phone , going on random nature walks , hanging out on my lunch breaks at work and the way he always stepped for me were a few things that made me fall in love with that man over and over. The fun dates , the constant jokes , the transparency , and much more contributed to us building an unbreakable friendship that turned into an unbreakable union ! 6 years , a lot of lessons , tears , smiles , love and most of all forgiveness has gotten us here . Nothing about the journey is easy , but would it be worth it if it was ? Spending our lives together wasn’t on either of our minds when we first started our journey , but it is now one thing we can’t do without !
