Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your kids, we want this night to be all about spending time with our adult (21+) family and friends! So call up those in-laws or babysitter, it’s parents night out!

What should I wear?

Answer

Formal attire - suit and tie, cocktail or maxi dresses are ideal. You all look so nice dressed up, we can't wait to see you looking your best!

How far is the ceremony/reception from the hotel?

Answer

It is about a 25 minute drive from downtown to the venue. The drive is beautiful and you will be in good company on the way up.

Do we have to stay at the recommended hotels?

Answer

Nope, but if you want a ride there and back, be sure to be at the designated hotels for the pick up times.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is a large parking lot available at the winery (reception). If you are driving, you will go straight to the ceremony site down in the vineyard. The venue is planning on making the directions well marked with signage. Check back on the website closer to the date for further instructions.

How will I get to the reception from the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony (in the vineyard) is still owned by Treleaven. Our shuttles will be taking guests up from the ceremony to the reception site (about a 3 minute drive) for cocktail hour and the rest of the night.

Is there going to be shade during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held on a vineyard overlooking Cayuga Lake. Although a beautiful view, the weather may or may not cooperate (Ithaca, am I right?). If necessary, we will have a canopy set up for shade or relief from the rain. We may also move the ceremony up to the pavilion if the rain is severe.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We're so excited to work with our photographer, Maddy (https://www.ivyimagestudios.com/) and can't wait to share the photos with everyone after the wedding. During the ceremony, please keep your eyes up and devices down.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! We plan on having a menu with vegetarian/vegan options available. Let us know If there are any other specific allergies or preferences we should be aware of.
