Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your invitation. This will be available by August 2024.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

If you were allotted a guest, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with family and close friends. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, unless your children are specifically listed on your invitation and included in your RSVP, we kindly ask that you arrange for childcare. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will take place at Venue at the Block in downtown Dade City. The ceremony and cocktail hour (weather permitting) will take place outside and the reception will be indoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat. If you are not seated in time, you may very well miss the ceremony!

What do I do if I am late for the ceremony?

Answer

If you happen to be late, someone will be there to let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception, so hang tight, and we will see you at the reception! Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Black Tie Optional | Formal Attire We also kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams. We encourage you to wear color to celebrate our wildflower theme!

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes! There is a public parking lot as well as a private one that is owned by the venue which is located across the street. The private lot will be reserved for our guests while the public lot is first come first serve, but both are an option!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by December 31st, 2024. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!

How will seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please; however, please allow for family to have the first few aisles. for the reception, we will be carefully arranging our tables so our guests are sat with who they know (or their plus one/partner/family and so on).
