let's get married!

To start, the ceremony is standing. It'll be around 20-30 minutes tops, promise! It'll take place in the side courtyard of the venue, a beautiful, old restaurant called Iron Gate here in DC. Once Sigal walks down the unmarked aisle to meet Eric, you can go right ahead and close it behind her - there's no escaping now! It may be a tight squeeze, which is exactly how we want it, but there's also a gorgeous metal staircase right next to the courtyard in the restaurant patio that you can use for a good view.

After the ceremony is over, we will all waltz our way back to the patio (that will be set up for dinner) and bar area of the restaurant, where canapés will be passed and drinks will be had! We will have a couple signature cocktails, and a selection of wine, beer, and spirits. As we all schmooze, the side courtyard where the ceremony took place will be reset into another dinner area for guests.

Dinner will be served family-style in the patio and side courtyard. During dinner, wine and beer will be either served or you can get it from the bar. There will be meat, seafood, and vegetarian dishes - something for everyone!

The patio will turn into the dance floor! This means, those who sat for dinner in the patio (vs the courtyard) will get up so that the space can be reset to party!
