Rehearsal will begin at 3:30pm. Followed by an easy pizza dinner. We will then ask for everyone's help setting up for the big day! Thank you all for everything you do, we love you, we appreciate you.

Before the Ceremony
2:30 pm - 2:45 pm
Handicap parking will be available in the front of the building. Additional parking will be available on the side of the building. Any wedding gifts can be brought into to the reception hall prior to the ceremony. Restrooms are also available in the reception hall as well. For a better look at locations., access our wedding map found under the “Event Maps” tab, here on our wedding website. Before to the ceremony we ask that all parties be seated by 2:50pm Any guest arriving after 2:55pm will be asked to wait until after the processional We also ask that no electronics be used during the ceremony.
Wedding Ceremony
3:00 pm - 3:45 pm

The Ceremony will take place on the Golf Course. It will be an approximate 8 minute walk from the parking and reception hall. There will be golf carts available for anyone whom may be need physical accommodations. The Ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00pm Cocktail hour and Reception to follow. Cocktail Hour
3:45 pm - 4:30 pm
We will head inside into the reception hall where there will be light bites, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages.
Reception Dinner
4:30 pm - 5:45 pm
Dinner will be served at 3:00pm. Followed by speeches and cake cutting. If you have any dietary restrictions please contact us.
Cake and Speeches
5:45 pm - 6:30 pm
Cake cutting and scheduled speeches to follow.
First Dance and Couples' Dance
6:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Celebration
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Time to party! Bring your dancing shoes it's time to boogie! Send off will be at 9:00pm
