What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Women are welcome to wear knee length, midi, or long dresses, as well as skirts or nice pants and a dress shirt. Men are welcome to wear button down shirts, dress pants, or suits. We ask that you do not wear jeans or t-shirts. The ceremony and reception will be located indoors. Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are excited to celebrate our marriage with those closest to us! Our wedding is strictly RSVP only, so please only bring those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, we have 2! We have blocks at the Cobblestone Hotel and the Americinn in Hutchinson, MN. They are located close to each other, however we have more rooms blocked at Americinn. These are the ONLY 2 locations the shuttle will be picking up and dropping off! Both hotel blocks will open up to the general public after 8/25, so please plan accordingly! Will there be transportation available?

Answer

We will be providing a charter bus that will pick guests up before the ceremony and bring guests back to the designated hotels by the end of the night. We will have an open bar, so if you plan on drinking at all, please arrange to take the transportation we are providing! The venue does not allow any cars to be left at the venue overnight.

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM. Please arrive before then!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Our lovely photographers will be taking amazing photos for us to share with you afterwards, so please turn off all devices and enjoy being fully present in the moment with us.

Will the wedding be located indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be located indoors. Our venue is located in the country so getting to and from other building will require walking outside. Our venue also has outdoor games, a bonfire, and a gorgeous outdoor cocktail area!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The RSVP deadline for our wedding has passed. If you did not submit, you will be marked as not attending.

Can I bring a gift?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift, we will have a table available.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes and lots of it! As a reminder, no cars are permitted to park overnight at the venue. If you remain parked overnight, your car will get towed! Please see question "Will there be transportation available?" for more information on the shuttle we will be providing.

Are there restrooms at the venue?

Yes and they are ADA accessible!

Should I bring cash for the bar?

Answer

The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! We will have tip jars available for our lovely bartenders if you are feeling generous!
