WHEN SHOULD WE RSVP BY?

Answer

Please let us know if you plan to attend by May 1st, we have to confirm everything with the venue right after. No response will be taken as "Thank you but we can't make it sadly!".

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN OR A PLUS ONE?

Answer

All guests will be addressed on the envelope and included on your RSVP page. We unfortunately can only have so many guests at our wedding and therefore had to limit our invites. If you believe we may have forgotten someone on your invite please let us know!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is semi-formal to formal. The intended colors for the wedding are black / gold / grey so feel free to dress to theme, or choose another color that you love. If you have any questions about the dress code don't hesitate to reach out to Sierra.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?

Answer

To put it bluntly - hot. Thankfully though the only time we plan to spend outside is just walking to the cars taking us places. But, for the non-wedding time light and loose clothing will be a big help. If you go out exploring just remember the right footwear, its easy to walk for miles in Vegas, even just inside the casinos.

WHAT TIME SHOULD WE ARRIVE?

Answer

Las Vegas traffic can be wild on a good day, all depending on the time of day. With our wedding being in the early afternoon, I would budget anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes to spare just make sure you don't miss a minute of anything!

WHAT IF I HAVE A DIETARY RESTRICTION?

Answer

Considering the bride is gluten intolerant that is no big deal at all! Please just contact Sierra at 817-247-0677 to let her know and she will coordinate that with the event staff. The plan is to have a buffet style mean of 2 entre options, 2 sides, a salad, and 2 hor d’oeuvres.

WILL THERE BE A TRANSFER FOR THE RECEPTION?

Nope! Luckily we have the ceremony and reception all within the same site!

WHERE SHOULD I SIT DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

The front rows will be reserved for our families, but other than that please feel free to sit wherever. It can be on the side you're most comfortable, but this is going to be a small, intimate affair so don't be afraid of a couple new to you faces!

WHERE SHOULD I SIT AT THE RECEPTION?

Answer

Don't stress about this, we will figure out the seating for everyone and with it being a smaller group everyone is going to be all together!

WHAT TIME SHOULD WE LEAVE?

Answer

As much as we would love to party the night away, we have the reception space for 3 hours after the ceremony. This shall still be plenty of time for us all to celebrate together and then also give you some time to enjoy a night out in Vegas!
