Our Story

Our journey began on February 7, 2024 — a day that would change our lives forever. From the very first moment, it was love at first sight. Something unspoken clicked between us, something deep and true. We knew almost instantly that we had found something rare. He opened my heart to a world I’d never truly known — the outdoors. With his gentle guidance and patient spirit, I learned to appreciate the quiet beauty of early mornings spent fishing, the thrill of turkey and deer hunting, and the peaceful search for mushrooms tucked away in the woods. Nature, once just scenery, became a shared experience, a place where our bond grew stronger. Together, we built a little life — not just with each other, but with the animals we now call family. Our two dogs, too many chickens and goats have brought laughter and rhythm to our days, each moment on the farm adding another thread to the story we’re weaving together. And then came February 9, 2025 — a day I will never forget. On his Papaw’s boat, in the middle of our favorite lake, the rain poured down around us like a blessing from above. That lake, our sacred place of peace and comfort, became the backdrop to one of the most beautiful moments of my life. In the middle of that storm, soaking wet, completely in love, he asked me to be his forever — and I said yes. Our love story is written in muddy boots, shared laughter, the clucking of chickens, ducks, and the quiet stillness of the farm. It’s a story of two hearts that found home — in each other, in the wild, and in the promise of forever.
