Please note that the Downtown Hilton Columbus features TWO main lobby entrances located on opposite sides of High Street at 401 N. High Street and 402 N. High Street. All wedding transportation will depart from the 401 lobby, the smaller entrance located directly across the street from the 402 tower lobby and accessible via the skywalk.

A private Ohio Stadium tour will be offered prior to the welcome reception. Guests interested in participating should arrive at the North Rotunda (the main entrance facing Woody Hayes Drive) of Ohio Stadium by 5:30 p.m.
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Cocktail Attire
Hors d’oeuvres and cocktails will be available for all guests to enjoy throughout the evening. Entrance - Huntington Club Entrance (located between gates 17-23) Parking - Parking is available in the West Stadium Lot, located on the west side of Ohio Stadium (odd-numbered gates side)

3:30 PM - Shuttles Depart Hotel to Venue 8:00 PM - Shuttle 1 from Venue to Hotel 9:30 PM - Shuttle 2 from Venue to Hotel 11:00 PM - Final Shuttle from Venue to Hotel

Complimentary parking is available at the venue for all guests. Vehicles may be left overnight; however, all cars must be picked up by 10:00 a.m. the following morning.
