Are kids allowed?

Answer

We enjoy our friends and family with kids, but for our big day, we ask that children stay home or with a babysitter. We want you to be able to enjoy your evening with us with no distractions.

Are dogs allowed?

Answer

We LOVE all your pets. But just like kids, we want you to be able to enjoy your evening with us distraction free. We will have our dogs part of our ceremony that you are more than welcome to love on with us!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The best way to describe it would be Classy Casual. We want you to be comfortable, but also aware that there will be photographers and videographers walking around capturing the day. Cute floral dress, jeans and cute top, polo and golf pants, the options are endless! Also note that the ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be indoors/outdoors. Prepare for typical Colorado weather in the late summer/early fall (rain, snow, sunshine, cold front or heat wave).

Can I bring a date?

We love all our friends! Unfortunately our venue has capacity limitations and to stick to those limits, we ask that only those named on the invitations arrive to the wedding.

Why is the ceremony unplugged?

Answer

We have one of the most amazing photographers and videographers in Northern Colorado helping to capture the moments of our special day. The photos and video will be shared with everyone when we get them, so no need to worry about capturing moments yourself! We promise the wait for the professional photos will so worth it!

Can I bring my own camper/tent/RV?

Answer

Absolutely! Check out the Travel tab for more information. The venue is only 20 miles away from our favorite dispersed camping area near Pingree Park in Arapahoe and Roosevelt National Forest. If you want something even closer, Horsetooth Reservoir is only 10 miles away and they have sites for RVs and tents right on the lake.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Uber and Lyft are pretty common here in Fort Collins and easy to get. We do also have plenty of taxi services and other transportation services. You will not be able to leave your car at the venue overnight, so please plan accordingly.

What if I didn't submit my RSVP by July 15th?

Answer

Deadlines can be tricky! We totally understand, but due to our limited venue capacity, we are required to have a final headcount by that date for compliance. You will be able to celebrate with us any other time if you are in the Northern Colorado area!
