Do we have to drive to the ceremony site?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be held at Grand Sierra Point. Please arrive to the venue between 1:30 and 2:30, we will leave to the ceremony site right around 2:30

What do we do if it rains?

Answer

If it rains (which is pretty likely!) the venue will provide some cover and umbrellas for us at the site, this is mainly standing room and pertains to the ceremony only. If you are not comfortable standing or do not wish to be in the rain, you are welcome to stay at the lodge during the ceremony and still join us for the reception! We understand!

What are the food and drink options?

Answer

Drinks are on you. The venue has a full no host bar - they accept cash and cards Dinner is on us. This will be buffet style with multiple options including: Rib Eye (with or without blue cheese butter) Sesame Seared Ahi Tuna Chicken Duxelle Mushroom Risotto Au Gratin Potatoes Garden Medley Vegetables Cesar Salad And a variety of yummy appetizers and hors d’oeuvres Please let us know if you have any food allergies!

There isn’t one on maps, so please go to the lodge for directions before you head that way

Can I bring my own drinks?

Answer

No, sorry! If you’d like to bring wine, please let the bride know and she will relay that to the venue. There is a corking fee per bottle of outside wine.
