Bridesmaid
Veronica and Sierra met pretty early on in their high school years. This was a pair that ran more behind the curtains than for the world to see. Veronica and Sierra shared many laughs and hours together, growing their friendship over the years. Veronica is a lot, but she's truly a breath of fresh air in Sierra's life. Hunter and Sierra are truly blessed to have this amazing woman standing next to them on their special day.
Brides Person
Tiny and Sierra met at Beast and Bottle, a local place in Waverly where Tiny bartends, on one of Sierra and Hunter's unwind dinner nights with a mutual friend. From the moment Tiny sat down, the two clicked. That moment was the start of a beautiful friendship From late games of Sequence in which Hunter always comes close to winning (but of course never does) to watching comfort movies until the two are content, their friendship has continued to grow. Sierra could not imagine this special day without this beautiful individual by her side.
Groomsman
Brady and Hunter started in a more unconventional way - the two were randomly paired for a Fortnite Tournament. From there, they played countless hours of video games together, and eventually met in person in Kansas City. Now they make an annual trip to see each other every year, and even though they live three states apart, their connection remains strong. Hunter is blessed to have this tall glass of water next to him on such a special day.
Bridesmaid
Chloe and Sierra met during their time at Capital University. The two worked together in the call center, and then eventually became an iconic Big/Little pairing in their sorority Delta Phi Epsilon. Countless hours have been spent with one another laughing, crying, calling alumni, dancing, and just overall having a great time. Sierra could not imagine her special day without Chloe and is truly grateful she will be a part of this special day.
Groomsman
Evan is a close friend of both Hunter and Sierra. The three met through Hunter and Evan's fraternity Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia. In the beginning, Evan was a shy first year that wouldn't really speak unless spoken to, and even then he'd barely look directly at you. Over the years, Hunter and Sierra have had the privilege of watching Evan grow into the outgoing (although still a little shy) man he is today. We believe every wedding party needs a bald man with a beard, and we are so glad Evan is ours.
Bridesmaid
Tessa and Sierra go way back to their days in diapers and playing in the creek. Although the two are cousins, they've acted more like friends throughout their entire lives. From learning new flips and choreographing new dances to show our parents, to growing independent in life, Tessa and Sierra have managed to keep the better, carefree days alive, and their friendship strong. Sierra is blessed to have such an amazing woman by her side on this special day.
Groomsman
Andrew and Hunter were fraternity brothers and even lived together for two years, but didn't really communicate much until COVID hit in March 2020. The moment everyone else left campus, Hunter and Andrew spent the better part of their self isolation days on the porch of their Capital University duplex, with a beer/whiskey in hand. Hunter is happy to have Andrew standing with him on this special day, unless Andrew shows up without a flask of whiskey.
Bridesmaid
Ali is Sierra's baby cousin, but also someone Sierra looks up to. These two have a mutual understanding for one another that not even they fully understand. Through long nights of laughing and joking/cry sessions in the middle of the day, to the numerous injuries sustained in Spoons, a friendship has formed between the two. Sierra could not imagine this special day without this fist bumping legend by her side, although Ali will always be "like 13" if someone asks.
Groomsman
Jake and Hunter met during speed dating, but don't worry, it was only for fraternity things. From there, Hunter took in Jake to be his little in their fraternal family. Ever since they have remained great friends, especially after accidentally setting Jake up with Sierra's best friend. Hunter is happy to have his youngest son standing along side him on this special day.
Bridesmaid
Danielle and Sierra met on the 4th of July when Danielle's husband, Josh, invited Hunter and Sierra to their house for a pool party. While the men were fighting to make as many shots in the basketball hoop as possible, Danielle and Sierra started forming a beautiful friendship over beer and their passion for helping people. Danielle is now a key person in Sierra's life, and Sierra is thankful to have such a beautiful soul by her side on this special day.
Groomsman
Hunter met Josh when he started working at Waverly back in August, 2020. It wasn't until Hunter and Sierra moved to Waverly in May 2021 that they finally had the chance to start hanging out outside of work. Both share a love for alcohol, woman that work at Shawnee Family Health, and "I guess music as well" (make sure to check out the Josh Stewart Band on Spotify and to like them on Facebook). Hunter is happy to have a famous Rockstar by his side on this special day.
Bridesmaid
Claudia and Sierra moved to Logan, Ohio in the same year, although a year apart in school. Once the two met, they became the greatest friends. Countless hours were spent together singing in their high school's choir program, laughing, crying, and simply just existing with one another. The two went their separate ways once they graduated, but eventually found their way back to each other, picking up right where they left off. Sierra couldn't imagine this special day without her tiny human by her side.
Groomsman
The first ever interaction between Hunter and Jarrett happened by the fountains at Capital University when Jarrett approached Hunter and whispered something fraternity related to ensure Hunter was "legally" wearing his letters. Since then, their friendship has grown through the fraternity and DND, leading to the two living with one another after they graduated college. Given Sierra shaved a phoenix into his chest, Hunter is surprised that Jarrett agreed to still be in his wedding party (but he couldn't be happier).
Bridesmaid
Kennedy and Sierra instantly hit it off when they were introduced through Cait and Michael. After way too many $2 margs at Juniors, the group went back to the house and continued the night with games. Although the two have only been friends for just over a year, they behave like they've known each other much longer. Sierra was blessed to have such a beautiful person present for the night Hunter (finally) popped the question, and feels even more blessed to have her by her side for this special day.
Groomsman
Jesse, Hunter, and Sierra met one beautiful night at Juniors over $2 margs. On top of being Sierra's "twin flame", Hunter and Jesse's friendship grew over long, unsolicited advice from Jesse that Hunter definitely did not ask for, but appreciated nonetheless. You will all be able to pick out Jesse in the wedding party because he will be the one crying more happy tears than anyone else up there, including the bride and groom. Hunter is happy to have a fellow functioning alcoholic standing with him on this special day.
Maid of Honor
Cait and Sierra met through Hunter and Michael's fraternity during Cap Crawl, and clicked instantly. These two women have a mutual love for tequila, tattoos, and questioning almost everything Michael says/does. When the world shut down, Sierra learned more about drinking from Cait than she ever thought possible. Nothing can waiver the beautiful bond between these two women, and Sierra is beyond blessed to have this loving woman by her side on her special day, especially after learning Cait drank any alcohol she opened to prevent her from getting too drunk before the proposal.
Best Man
Michael is someone the bride and groom just randomly found on the street. Just kidding, Hunter and Michael met through their fraternity at Capital. For the first two years of knowing each other, they never exchanged any words. Then during their senior year, they finally formed a close friendship when living in the same duplex. Hunter and Michael love working on musical projects together and also throwing back a couple drinks in the process. Michael is a key part in Hunter and Sierra's special day.
Matron of Honor
Breanna and Sierra go all the way back to the eighth grade when life seemed to be against the both of them. Since then, the two have become inseparable best friends that have been mistaken for sisters, often twins, way too many times to count. The last thing Sierra said to Breanna when she was leaving Capital on Sierra's move-in day was something along the lines of "don't worry, I'll still be your girlfriend, I'm not looking for anyone." Not even 12 hours passed before Sierra texted her about the gorgeous man in her orientation group, and the rest is history. Sierra has always turned to Breanna for support, encouragement, and love, so it's no surprise she asked her to stand next to her for her special day. Sierra is so grateful for their friendship and to have Breanna right by her side.
Best Man
Mack has been there since day one...no seriously, since the day Hunter was born. Growing up, Mack and Hunter did almost everything together, from little league sports, countless hours of video games, to even working at Donato's. Even though Mack has a full inch on him, Hunter will always have the better beard. Hunter is grateful that his brother put his PGA dreams aside to join him on this special day. Hunter could not imagine this day without him.
