Yosemite National Park
We got engaged at Glacier Point! There are several awesome hikes and beautiful views in Yosemite! The drive from Fresno to the park is a little over an hour!
San Luis Obispo
A beautiful beach town two and a half hours from Fresno that would make a great Saturday day trip! Many of our guests may have attended Sierras parent's wedding at the historic mission in SLO! There are several other beach towns within a short drive including Cayucos, Avila, and Morro Bay.
Kuppa Joy Coffee House
One of our favorite coffee spots in Clovis! They have the best atmosphere and most amazing coffee in town. We have spent many study dates here.
Heirloom
One of our favorite lunch or dinner spots! They have farm to table meals all sourced from locally grown Central Valley produce. The cashew cauliflower is the best!
Ampersand Ice Cream
Sierra's favorite ice cream shop! Zeke is more of a Baskin Robins guy... Ampersand has monthly rotating flavors as well as several year round specials.
Fresno Chaffee Zoo
We love the zoo! If you are looking for a fun daytime activity during the day to fill a few hours, we have an awesome zoo! Our favorite exhibit is the baby elephants! Last time we were there they were chasing geese.
