What if I don’t RSVP?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date we have provided, it will be marked as “Will Not Attend.” We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest counts to the venue and vendors in a timely manner, due to budgets, food, space, etc. We hope you understand!

Your invitation will specify how many seats have been saved in your honor.

Yes, definitely! When filling out RSVP, please list everyone in the household that is attending!

Our venue allows pets, but please pick up after them!

Semi-Formal Attire is perferred.

What kind of shoes should I wear?

Whatever shoes you feel most comfortable in. Please keep in mind the venue has grass, rock and dirt terrain.

Will there be an open bar?

There will not be an open bar, but there will be a cash bar available to you. We will also provide other non alcoholic drink options!

Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Steakhouse Mac-N-Cheese and Chef Salad 🥗 Spinach Artichoke Crostinis Late Night Pizza! 🍕 And of course.. Lots of sweets to choose from! 🎂🍪🧁

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please reach out to Sierra or Devon with any special requests. We are willing to accommodate!

Where should I stay for the weekend?

We thank you wholeheartedly for traveling to celebrate our special day with us! Please visit our “Travel” tab to see the hotel we have booked with. EverSprings has rooms blocked at a discounted rate when you call and book under the “Warning/Papineau Wedding!”

May I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. This means we are asking all phones and other devices to be put away and on silent or turned off during our ceremony so that all guests can be 100% present with us during this time. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want and we promise to share our ceremony photos as we receive them!

We will have photographers for our wedding. We understand some families do not want themselves or their children on social media, please let us know if you do NOT want pictures posted on social media or taken in general. We will accommodate with our photographer.
