What’s the date and location of the wedding?

Answer

We are getting married on Monday April 13, 2026 at Willow Woods Barn + Studio in Mansfield, TX. Address: 7836 Country Rd 526 Mansfield, TX 76063.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. We kindly ask all guests to arrive at 3:30pm to allow time to park and find a seat before the ceremony starts. Thank you for being on time, we can’t wait to see you there!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a gravel parking lot that is able to accommodate 100 cars. Since there are no marked lines we ask everyone to park considerably and make room for other guests. Thank you!

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is semi-formal with a spring flair. We encourage guest to wear soft spring colors, floral prints and light airy fabrics. Please avoid jeans or overly casual attire.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we’ve chosen to keep our celebration an adults-only event. The only children attending will be those in the wedding party. We hope you’ll take this as an opportunity for a well deserved night off and join us for a joyful, kid-free evening!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes you can bring a plus one! We just ask that you let us know when you RSVP so we can keep an accurate guest count. We can’t wait to celebrate with you both!

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, followed by an outdoor cocktail hour. Afterward, we’ll head inside for dinner dancing, and the rest of the reception.

Is there food and drinks during cocktail hour?

Answer

A selection of light appetizers will be available during cocktail hour. The bar will open as guests are invited into the reception, and you’re welcome to enjoy a drink as you make your way in.

Will there be dinner and drinks?

Answer

Yes! A plated dinner will be served during the reception. Your RSVP lets us know to set a place (and a plate!) just for you, so please make sure to submit your RSVP by February 13. We also have an open bar with a variety of beers and wines for you to enjoy throughout the evening. Cheers!

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We don’t have a traditional registry, but we do have a honeymoon fund under the “Registry” tab on our website. No matter what, we are beyond thankful to have you celebrate with us!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture every special moment, and we’d love for you to be fully present with us in that moment. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like! We’ll also be using a photo-sharing app where you can upload any pictures you take throughout the night. We will share our professional photos there too for everyone to enjoy later. Details and the code to join will be shared at the reception.
