Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, we kindly request this to be an adults only celebration.
Question
What time should I get there?
Answer
The ceremony is beginning promptly at 4pm. It is recommended that everyone arrive 15-20 minutes beforehand to ensure plenty of time parking and getting to your seats. Please do not arrive before 3:30pm as the couple are doing a private vow reading with one another before the ceremony. Anyone arriving after 4pm will be asked to please wait inside the reception area until the ceremony is over to avoid any interruptions.

What is the dress code?

We kindly request everyone to wear cocktail attire.

Answer
We have listed under the travel section of our website a variety of different hotels. Keep in mind there are a ton more in the area. We have simply listed a few popular hotels for the convenience of our guests.

Yes, there is plenty of parking on site.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is a gift enough to us and we do not expect anything, but if you wish you can visit the registry page here on our website where our honeymoon fund and several other items are listed.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Yes, in Winchester that weekend is their annual Apple Blossom Festival! There’s apparently tons of activities and fun things to do if you decide to come into town early or stay an extra day! There’s also supposed to be a firefighter parade that weekend as well (how fitting). See the thebloom.com for more info!

Answer
Once you receive an invitation in the mail it will give you details on how to RSVP. For now just mark the date in your calendars!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There are no hired shuttles for the travel between the hotel(s) and ceremony/reception area. The travel time between the city of Winchester (where most of the hotels are found) and Fox Meadow Barn is about 15-20 minutes. If you and your guest both plan on drinking then we recommend you to utilize Uber, Lyft, or catch a ride with another guest! If you drove and drank more than you planned on then please let someone know and we will arrange a safe way for you to get back to your hotel!
