Prineville doesn’t have a ton of options, however you can find the best options under the “Travel” tab on this website.
Guests will be responsible for their own transportation to and from all events. However, if you need something from us or there’s someway we can help you please don’t hesitate to reach out and we will see what we can do!
The bridesmaids and groomsmen will have a dress code to follow, but we would like to see our guests dress their best with us! Use this as an excuse to dust off that suit/dress you never get to wear. We do ask that guests remain respectful in their color and style choices.
While we love and appreciate everyone wanting to celebrate with us on our special day, we are trying to keep the wedding minimal. Please keep guests limited to those specifically listed by name on the invitation envelope, as we have a limited number of seats. As always if you have a question/request feel free to reach out!
Yes! Please let us know of any food allergies and we will do our best to accommodate entrees/side dishes for you.
At this time we are planning on having a Stock the Bar party as well as a rehearsal dinner, both by specific invite only. There will be a dinner and reception immediately after the ceremony, all at the same venue. We will update everyone if any plans change! You can find the details regarding these events on the “Schedule” tab on this website.
Of course we can’t guarantee anything, however Central Oregon is known for its rapidly changing temperatures due to being a high desert. We recommend bringing layers to adjust accordingly (warm to hot during the day but chilly when the sun goes down). We don’t normally experience rain in September but anything is possible!
These events are specific invite only due to venue size, location, and the nature of the event. We have set up the website to only allow RSVPs to the specific events each guest is invited to. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to see you all!
Our venue is a covered outdoor pavilion surrounded by old-growth Ponderosa Pines, Douglas Fir, and Grand Fir. The pavilion will be lighted and has a smooth concrete foundation, with most seating arranged at large metal picnic-style tables with bench seating to create a relaxed, communal atmosphere. For guest convenience, there are two rustic outdoor vault-style restrooms available on site.
There will be limited parking available at the pavilion. There is also overflow parking available at the cabin, however there is a short walk to the pavilion. We encourage you to carpool as much as possible and will help direct vehicles as you arrive.
For any questions or concerns, please feel free to text either of us. Caleb is (541) 903-2176, and Sierra is (541) 233-6539. You may also call, however we both work full time so please leave us a detailed voicemail if we don’t answer and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
