Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We have opted to have an unplugged ceremony. We have hired an incredible photographer and she will capture all the moments from the day! We invite you to sit back, relax, and be present in this beautiful moment with us. That being said, we respectfully ask that you tuck away your phones and cameras. We will happily share our images with you later! However, during the reception, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like. We just ask that no photos be posted on social media until Sunday September 1 to allow us time to make our own posts first! Use our Wedding Hashtag #toHennandtohold when you post your photos!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We will have gluten free options and vegetarian options at our reception. Please reach out to Beth or Sierra if you have any other food restrictions and we will do our best!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be Dressy Casual. Here is a definition we found online. "Women can wear below-the-knee dresses, slip dresses, a dressy skirt and top, or an elegant pantsuit (styled with heels, nice wedges, or formal flats). As for men, opt for a dress shirt and slacks, with the option to wear a tie. "Dressy Casual gives you flexibility on comfort, but be sure not to dress too casually,". For our non-binary friends, pick whatever style suits your best but just make sure it is still dressed up! Any color is okay (except white obviously), no jeans and no sneakers.

Is there parking?

Answer

There is a large gravel parking lot across the street from the venue that our guests will be able to use. Please do not park in the small paved parking lot right next to the venue.
