Can I stay at the villa?

Answer

We have a select number of rooms available for the two nights (June 22nd and June 23rd). If you’re interested in staying at the villa, it will be on a first come basis. Reach out to us and let us know! We’ll help coordinate the rest with our wedding planner.

What’s the process for booking a room at the villa?

Answer

Our on-site wedding planner will maintain a detailed spreadsheet of villa guests and will contact each guest directly to coordinate payment for their accommodations. They will take payment directly at the time of booking.

What’s the best way to get to the destination?

Answer

The easiest way to reach the villa is by flying into Rome, which often has the most affordable and direct flights. From there, you can take a scenic 1 hour 45-minute train ride to Assisi. From the train station, there are plenty of taxis and cabs available. If you're traveling in a large group, we can provide the villa shuttle driver's contact information to coordinate a ride. Shuttles range from about 10 Euros per person and can accommodate up to 25 people! Alternatively, you can fly into Rome and rent a car if you prefer to explore the area on your own schedule :) Remember, this is your vacation too!

What's the weather like during the wedding time of year?

Answer

Umbria has amazing weather during the early summer with warm, sunny days and cooler evenings—perfect for enjoying both outdoor and indoor celebrations. The gardens will be in full bloom. Daytime temperatures generally range from the mid-70s to low 80s Fahrenheit. Evenings can be a bit cooler, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl. Of course, weather can be unpredictable, so it’s a good idea to pack layers and comfortable shoes for exploring the beautiful surroundings!

Our celebration will be adults-only wedding to ensure all our guests can fully unwind and enjoy this special occasion. Our hope is to create an intimate, relaxed atmosphere where everyone can celebrate without additional distractions. Thank you for your understanding!

Yes! The villa offers beautiful spaces for every part of the wedding, whether indoors or in their stunning “glass house” nestled in the gardens—perfect if we need a backup plan for rain. Fingers crossed for sunshine!

Yes! Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property.

We've curated a selection of hotel recommendations near our wedding venue to suit every budget. All suggested accommodations are conveniently located within 15 minutes of the event, allowing guests to choose the lodging that best fits their preferences and comfort level. Don't forget you can also explore Airbnb options in the area. Just keep in mind that if you're attending all events at the villa, you'll want to be close-by!
