There are a variety of options from basic studio condos to 6 bedroom homes you can rent at Kirkwood Mountain Resort. Feel free to look at booking.com, AirBnb, or VRBO. Clicking the "view" link will take you to our booking code with Kirkwood directly, and will allow you reserve accommodations at a discounted rate. We recommend that family or friend groups that are OK with sharing a space, rent a condo or house with one another.
Shuttle

We will be providing a shuttle for our guests to and from the big day! Pick - up and drop - off times will be confirmed in the coming weeks. The shuttle will be picking up guests at Kirkwood Resort and then returning them there during different times in the evening. Last shuttle departs The Hideout at 11:30 PM. If you choose to stay at other accommodations but want to utilize the shuttle please park your car at Kirkwood and join in on the fun!
Flight
If you plan on taking your extended stay in the North Lake Tahoe area, Reno is the closer airport to fly into and the drive to our venue is a little more scenic around the lake than the drive from Sacramento. Both airports will take approximately 2 hours to get to/from Kirkwood Resort and The Hideout.
Flight
Sacramento Airport is the best airport to fly in/out of if you plan on taking your extended stay in the South Lake Tahoe area. For those coming straight to the wedding, Kirkwood Resort is about a 2 hours and 15 minute drive from Sacramento airport so please plan accordingly! The Hideout (our venue) is a little less than a 2 hour drive from the Sacramento airport for reference.
Flight
Both of these airports will take a little over 3 hours to get to the Hideout (our wedding venue)!
