What airport should I fly into?

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) 3400 Sky Hbr Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85034 PLEASE NOTE: With the partial government shutdown, we recommend you arrive to the airport at least 3 hours in advance.

Is there parking at Hotel Valley Ho?

Answer

Yes. Event day valet parking for all wedding guest is free, however, if you are staying overnight at the hotel, the valet parking is an additional $28+ (not including tax) per day.

Is transportation provided to Hotel Valley Ho for the festivities?

Answer

Hotel Valley Ho is conveniently located in the center of Old Town, Scottsdale. Many hotels are walkable from the venue, so we will not be providing transportation. Ubers and Lyfts are easily accessible. Old Town is known to have golf carts driving around to take you where you need to go for a fee.

Black-Tie Invited: Tuxedos or dark suits and floor length dresses are preferred, but not required.

We love your kiddos, but for this special day, we’re keeping things grown-up only. Thanks for understanding!

Is the wedding ceremony and/or reception outdoors?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and the reception will be outdoors, weather permitting.

What is the weather like in Scottsdale in March?

Answer

The weather will be in the upper 90's/lower 100's. There will be shade for the ceremony location with water stations. We recommend wearing sunscreen. Fans will also be provided for those who want them.
