Getting to the ceremony

A shuttle (school bus) will pick up guests staying at The Radisson and bring them to the Event Center for pre-ceremony cocktails and the ceremony. First trip will leave from the hotel at 1:50pm, then another at 2:20pm.

Checking Into Your Rooms

August 30, 2025 3:30 pm

Immediately after the ceremony, the shuttle will be heading back to The Radisson, if anyone would like to check into your hotel rooms at this time! The shuttle will depart again to the venue at 4:15pm and head back for cocktail hour.

The shuttle will have 3 pick up times from the venue to get you to The Radisson safely (or 3rd Street to continue the party)! 9:00pm, 10:30pm and 11:30pm. Please, don't drink and drive.
