Who would of thought two people that grew up 30 miles away from each other would officially meet the first day of college and end up married. Nate being from Durand, WI and Courtney, Eau Claire, had an idea of who each other were, but never thought much of it. It wasn't until their freshman year of college at the University of Minnesota Duluth they meet at a typical college party during UMD freshmen welcome week. Despite Nate being the introvert he is, he was the first to walk over and start a conversation. They quickly discovered common interests and own differences. Both being from Wisconsin, big fans of the Green Bay Packers, and love for their hometowns; instant connection. Time had flown by and before they knew it, they were finishing up year one as UMD Bulldogs was when Nate had finally asked Courtney to be his girlfriend. Over the past five years of dating they have not only both been best friends, biggest fans, and best audiences, they have also formed a love for each other that was thought to only be possible in movies (but, not those cheesy Christmas Halmark movies, although, those are her favorite).
