Where is the ceremony and reception?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will both be held at the same location at The Iowa Taproom. They will both be held in the same room, with a cocktail hour for transitions held in between the two events. Please follow the instructions at the venue to find the room.

The attire for our day is cocktail/semi-formal. Please no jeans!

Where should I stay?
Answer
Check out our Travel section of our website! We have a block of rooms set aside at the Embassy Suites in Des Moines, but there are many options downtown Des Moines.

Are children invited to the wedding?
Answer
While we adore all of your children, we have opted for an Adults-Only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare plans for the evening.

The RSVP deadline is October 20th, 2024.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes the Iowa Taproom has a parking area, as well as, street parking. The venue is also a block from the hotel if you plan to stay there, which has parking and shuttle service.
