FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 15, 2026 through this website. Please RSVP for each individual person not "The Hunter Family."

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love and adore your families, we recognize that weddings are not the best environment for young children. We kindly ask that you use this evening as an opportunity to enjoy a date night celebrating with us.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no specific dress code- wear what you feel best in! The ceremony will be taking place outdoors on grass so keep that in mind when choosing your shoes.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking at our venue so we ask that our guests please carpool as much as possible.

Question

I missed the RSVP deadline, can I still show up?

Answer

We are giving the final headcount to our vendors on July 15th and cannot accommodate for more than our expected guests. If you missed the RSVP deadline unfortunately we will have to celebrate with you at a later time.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony and be seated no later than 10 minutes prior to the ceremony.

Question

What time will the wedding reception end? Is there an after party?

Answer

A more traditional reception will be held between 8 and 9:30pm. At 9:30 there will be a "send off" for the bride and groom which will also give guests who do not wish to stay for the after party the opportunity to leave. The after party will continue at the venue from 9:45 until 12am.
