We met when we were 16 at our first job at The Barn Restaurant. For about a year and a half, we worked side by side, and during that time a friendship naturally grew. It never felt forced, it was just easy, and we found ourselves looking forward to seeing each other every day. Before we knew it, that friendship turned into something more, and we began dating and soon were high school sweethearts. We spent even more time together working Trent’s family’s Kettle Korn stand at the fair, where those long days talking in between customers and people watching became some of our favorite memories. It was during that time that we really realized how well we worked together, not just at a job but as a team. We learned that a relationship isn’t about each person giving 50/50, but about both of us showing up 100% for each other. Through the years, we experienced a lot of life together, including moments of loss and challenges, and learned how to support each other along the way. Our relationship has always been built on laughter, comfort, and genuinely enjoying being together, whether it’s the little everyday moments or singing our hearts out at Twenty One Pilots concerts. After more than eight years together, we’re so excited to celebrate everything that’s brought us here and to start this next chapter surrounded by the people we love most.
