Getting to Branson

Springfield-Branson National Airport (SGF) is the closest airport to the venue and our recommended hotels in Branson, MO. It is roughly an hour drive from SGF to Branson. Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA) is another airport option, but it is about a two hour drive to Branson. If you need assistance getting from the airport to Branson, please let us know and we can help coordinate rides with our other guests.

We reserved a hotel block for out-of-town family at the Hilton Promenade in Branson Landing. This hotel is walking distance from shops, bars, and restaurants, and it's a short ten-minute drive to the attractions on the Branson Strip.

This boutique hotel offers standard rooms, as well as "bunk" rooms for friends that want to coordinate on accommodations. Shuttle

Getting to the Venue

May 22, 2026 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

We will offer shuttles from both the Hilton Promenade and The Ozarker to and from the venue for our guests that want to cut loose. It takes about 30-40 minutes to reach the venue from both hotels. We will provide the shuttle times closer to the day. There is plenty of parking at the venue if you prefer to drive.
