Maid of Honor
Jenna and I were matched randomly to be roommates & ended up living together the whole time I was in college. I couldn't have had a better roommate, and even though we've lived far apart for the past three years, we're always able to pick up right where we left off.
Best Man
The built-in best man. We shared a bedroom for many years, so there were plenty of laughs and things that got on each other’s nerves. Whether building Oscar-worthy worlds with LEGO or playing one-on-one in Wiffle ball (don’t ask me how that works), we made lots of memories together. I’m thrilled to make this one happen, together again!
Matron of Honor
My cousin! For a long time Katie & I were the only girl cousins both with brothers, so we've always been friends. As we've grown up, Katie has continued to be someone very important to me and someone I've already gone to for advice on being married!
Groomsman
Spencer’s always a hoot to be around! Despite the dumb jokes and big muscles, don’t be fooled, he’s a deep thinker and we’ve gotten to connect over many things these past few years. He’s been a faithful friend and always ready to help.
Bridesmaid
Amelia was my first non-Summit friend in North Carolina. We were neighbors in seminary housing, and spent a lot of time together settling into life in Wake Forest. Over the past three years, we've shared many tacos, Old Navy trips, and live moments together!
Groomsman
Coming to Summit, I had prayed that someone would come alongside and mentor me as I began in ministry. Brandyn has been a faithful answer to that prayer. He’s analytical, yes, but his heart for people shines through. I owe a lot to Brandyn for where I am today, so I love that I get to share it with him!
Bridesmaid
Growing up with two younger brothers meant that I was a little unsure about having a sister-in-law, but ever since my brother Joe started talking about Mere, I was excited to have her in our family. As we've gotten closer, she has been an ally, a confidant, and a good friend.
Groomsman
The homie from Texas, Ian and I grew up in the same town but didn’t meet until college. We hit it off quick and have shared tons of life and adventures with each other. He knows just how big this day is for me and I know we’re gonna tear up the dance floor after!
Bridesmaid
Eleanor is married to Lance, who was my best buddy cousin growing up. Lance and I have been close all our lives (or all of my life- he's two weeks older), but I think my favorite thing he's ever done is marry Eleanor. She's one of my favorite people to be around and always has the best jokes (seriously, ask her about it).
Groomsman
The master of philosophy, Andrew was my random roommate placement when he came to Southeastern. Since then, we’ve spent countless hours sharing memes, food I made or he did (his specialty frozen pizza), and prayers for one another. I encouraged him to take the leap and ask out his now wife Katie, and he’s been there, hyping me up and praying for Sidney and I.
Bridesmaid
While Jess and I haven't known each other for very long, we've had a lot of fun together, whether it's playing late night mini golf or losing to her in trivia. I'm also counting on her to give me the inside scoop on living with Chris. Since the early days of my relationship with Chris, Jess has been so kind, and I can't wait to officially be sisters!
Groomsman
One of my first friends since moving to NC, Austin and I have led small group now and served together in many ways. I’m so grateful for his persistence & patience as I grow and share my life with him. He’s a great example of how to live like Christ in a world that offers the opposite.
Groomsman
My brother in Bellion, baseball, and boujee coffee. Just neighbors at seminary has since become an incredible friendship. We’re down for just about anything together, and whatever the conversation, I know it’ll be stupid deep.
