Ceremony Shuttle Times: -Shuttle A will arrive to the Hilton Garden Inn parking lot at 12:45pm and depart at 1:00pm to take guests to the church and arrive by 1:15pm (Guests staying at both the Hilton and Hampton Inn should take Shuttle A). -Shuttle B will arrive at Hessel Park at 12:45pm and depart at 1:00pm to take guests to the church. Guests should park at Hessel Park by the pavilion next to the tennis courts on the north side. We highly encourage in-town guests take Shuttle B to the ceremony since the church is on campus and parking is limited. Shuttle B will arrive at the church by 1:15pm. -Both Shuttle A and B will pick up the guests from the church and depart at 2:30pm and take them back to the hotels or Hessel Park. Reception Shuttle Times: -Shuttle A will pick up hotel guests in the Hilton Garden Inn Parking lot and depart at 4:30pm to take guests to Pear Tree Estate and arrive by 4:50pm for the cocktail hour. After Party: -Shuttle A will pick up guests from Pear Tree Estate and depart at 9:30pm to arrive to the after party at Tumble Inn by 9:45pm. Shuttle A will also make a stop at the hotels for guests who do not want to attend the after party. -Shuttle B will pick up guests from Pear Tree Estate and depart at 9:30pm to arrive to the after party at Tumble Inn by 9:45pm. Shuttle B will also make a stop at the hotels for guests who do not want to attend the after party.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Champaign/Urbana is one of the hotel options for our out-of-town guests. Don't forget to use our group code "LJW" when booking your room! We will have a shuttle to transport guests from both hotels to the ceremony and back to the hotels. The shuttle will also transport guests from the hotels to the reception and then back to the hotels.
