We have booked a room block at Staybridge Suites, 3420 Norman Berry Drive,Hapeville, GA 30354 for December 5-7. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the venue and they will provide a shuttle to and from the venue for guests that are staying at the hotel. The room rate is $119 plus tax per room per night for either a king suite or a double queen suite. There is also a $14 per night per vehicle fee. If you would like to reserve a room within this block, please do so by November 5,2025. After this date, the rate will go back to the regular room rate at that time.
