Out of an abundance of caution for our friends and family members, we have decided to postpone our celebration of marriage until further notice. We were legally married here in the states on April 25th, 2020. We will be in touch with a new date for our wedding celebration as soon as we can. We love you all! Stay healthy Sid & Al
We first met when I worked at Palm Beach Tan in Woodstock off of Towne Lake. I remember seeing him come in from time to time and most days I would shy away from talking to him. Some days I would even get another employee to check him in. One day it was just me and I didn't have any choice but to talk to the cute ginger that was standing at my counter. After he left I knew I wanted to talk to him further the next time he came in. Eventually our casual conversation became flirtatious and then he finally told me to contact him 'if my relationship doesn't work out.' Well me being the one to go after what I want, I got his information out of our system a few months later and contacted him. Eventually the conversations led to him asking me on a date! After standing him up for SIX months, yes six months, I finally reached back out and apologized and asked him to grab some coffee. Alan being Alan, was slightly cocky since I had basically ignored him for half a year. Whoops. {I still have not let her live that one down} We met for coffee at Copper Coin in downtown Woodstock and on that night we agreed to only date each other. From shutting down the coffee shop on our first date to jumping out of airplanes together, our love story has been nothing short of adventurous. I knew from the day I met Alan I wanted to marry him, and God answered those prayers! I cannot believe that we get to live this crazy life together! Thank you to all of our friends and family who have supported and loved us along this journey. Sid & Al
