Are children invited?

Children are welcome to join us in celebrating our special day. We ask that the children attending be those who are a meaningful part of our lives and are able to participate respectfully in the festivities. If you plan to bring children, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate accordingly.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both! Our wedding will be held at The Bistro at Shuksan, located within the Shuksan Golf Club in Bellingham, WA. The venue features both indoor and outdoor spaces, combining the elegance of a modern fusion restaurant with the scenic beauty of the surrounding golf course. Weather permitting, parts of the celebration may take place outdoors, with indoor areas available for dining and festivities. Please dress comfortably and be prepared for a mix of indoor and outdoor moments.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress, but keep it comfortable and fun. For women: Dresses, jumpsuits, or elegant separates- No shades of white. For men: Suits or dress pants with a blazer, button-down shirts, and dress shoes. Ties are optional but welcome. We also warmly welcome Indian attire.
