About the venue

Answer

Flinn Block Hall is located in the Historic Flinn Block in downtown Albany. Built in 1887, The Flinn Building was originally used as an office space. In the 1970's, it was combined with The Ames Building next door and became Flinn Block Hall, Albany's first indoor shopping mall. Rennovation began in 2005 and was completed in 2010, and included restoration of original woodwork. The former warehouse on the second floor was converted into the event center, which is where we will be celebrating!

Where do I park?

Answer

There is a lot across the street from the venue. Leased spots are only in effect M-F 9am-4pm. Additionally, street parking is available.

When should I arrive at the venue?

Please arrive no earlier than 4:00pm.

Is there disability access?

Answer

Yes! There is an elevator located on the first floor, which is accessible through the alley between Ellsworth and Broadablin Streets. Please let us know in advance if you will be needing this entrance by emailing sidenerwedding2025@gmail.com or responding to the RSVP question about disability access.
